2 x Employment Project Tutors, Groundwork Hertfordshire and Groundwork Luton & Bedfordshire
Salary: 22,643 to 25,983
Term: Full time, one year contract (with potential for extension)
Location: based at Mill Green, Hatfield, covering the East of England, particularly Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire

 

Groundwork East has over 30 years of experience in delivering bespoke projects that use the environment as a catalyst for building a more sustainable future. 

 

Our award winning training programmes are going from strength to strength and we are seeking two highly motivated individuals to help continue this success.  

 

You will have experience of working in the landscaping, horticultural or construction industries and have a passion for training and developing people who are not in education or employment.  The roles demand enthusiastic individuals who are able to pass on skills by training a wide range of volunteers, enabling them to gain qualifications, experience and improve their job prospects.  The training takes place through the implementation of real community landscape improvement projects and the post holders will lead the volunteers through the on-site work as well as their qualifications.  The post holders must have knowledge in soft and hard landscaping.  Teaching and training qualifications are desirable but not essential.

 

This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
