Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience


Norfolk Wildlife Trust is the county’s largest environmental charity, committed to the protection and enhancement of Norfolk’s wildlife and wild places.

  • 37½ hrs per week with some out of hours work for which time off in lieu is granted.
  • 20 days annual leave per annum plus statutory holidays, rising incrementally to 25 days per annum from 5 years employment.
  • Pension: employer contributes 7% of salary equivalent after completion of trial period, increasing to 8% after 3 years of continuous service


In return we are looking for:

  • An individual to lead our West Norfolk Reserves management team to deliver our conservation objectives on some of the County’s premier nature reserves.
  • Team management, organisational, administrative and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in the use of chainsaws, tractors, machinery and invasive weed control.
