Eastleigh Borough Council is an ambitious and progressive council, recognised for our innovation and achievements whilst delivering high quality services to our customers and the community.

Itchen Valley Country Park covers 440 beautiful acres mixed woodland, river and meadow landscapes together with a Visitor Centre, refurbished Woodland Café and play and BBQ areas.  Lakeside covers 60 acres and is on the site of old gravel workings, with lakes formed from gravel pits. As well as the lakes themselves, the park boasts a stunning waterside conference centre for multi-functional use.  The Parks are fundamental to the council’s environment and wellbeing strategies and are a vital part of our community.
