Estate Foreman Required for a busy and diverse rural estate in Middle Deeside The position is to oversee, manage and to become part of the existing
skilled estate team covering a wide range of estate work including
building improvement and maintenance, forestry work, strimming, fencing,
dyking, drainage, gardening, landscaping, general machinery and estate
maintenance. Chainsaw certificates an asset but not essential. An enthusiastic approach is essential as are skills in people and
project management, as is a willingness to use initiative to solve
problems. Applicants will also have an ability to use a wide range
of tools and must be flexible and willing to help as part of the estate
team. Training will be available as necessary. A driving licence is
essential. Salary of £25,000 - £32,000 DOE. Please email CV to
