Do you want to be at the cutting edge of innovation in Parks?

If the answer is yes, then you may be just the person we are looking for as we embark on an exciting journey to re-think parks.

You will work alongside our 'Bristol Future Parks' programme designed to attract significant investment and bring fresh ideas to support parks.

Bristol Future Parks is being delivered through the Future Parks Accelerator programme a new national strategic initiative from the National Trust, the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government.

As Parks Development Officer, you will shape our new parks and green space strategy, setting out a 25-year vision that delivers excellent quality parks and builds-in opportunities generated by our Bristol Future Parks programme.

You will also take forward projects and initiatives to support innovation and deliver investment.

We are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of the issues facing parks and has experience of producing strategic plans and can engage a broad range of stakeholders both internal and external in developing ideas and actions.

You will be a good communicator, confident in organising and facilitating meetings and have good research and analytical skills. You will be able to use your project management skills to manage multiple work streams.
