Job Title: Strategic Routes Development Officer

Salary: £29,633 - £35,672 (Band D) plus excellent benefits such as flexitime, generous annual leave and a defined pension scheme to name just a few

Contract: Fixed term to end of March 2020

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Grantown on Spey

 

The Cairngorms National Park Authority is seeking a Strategic Routes Development Officer to lead exciting improvements to our long distance path network.

 

Are you a passionate advocate for walking and cycling in the great outdoors? Can you communicate that enthusiasm and use your influence and project management skills to deliver high quality access infrastructure that connects communities and promotes active travel for residents and visitors?

 

Itís an exciting time to be joining the Park Authority. Together with our funding partners, we have raised over £1 million to extend the Speyside Way from Aviemore to Newtonmore and are drawing up ambitious plans to extend the Deeside Way between Ballater and Braemar. Based in Grantown on Spey you will be part of an experienced and helpful team of outdoor access and visitor management professionals.
