Dunsmore Living Landscape Scheme Manager

Salary: 28,000 pa + mileage costs + contributory pension scheme 4.5%

Fixed- term contract to 31st January 2021

Full time: 35 hours per week. (Post involves some evening/ weekend working, time off in lieu given)

Base: Warwickshire Wildlife Trust, Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve, near Coventry

Warwickshire Wildlife Trust is implementing the Bigger, Better, More and Joined up approach to conservation to achieve Living Landscapes.


We are seeking an inspiring individual to lead and manage the Dunsmore Living Landscape Scheme, with 1 million raised by The National Lottery and awarded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. This is a major phase in a long term vision for the area.


You will manage three staff, 250k annual budget and be responsible for overall delivery of Dunsmore Living Landscape Scheme.


You will need to demonstrate knowledge of woodlands, hedgerows and grasslands habitats, hold a degree or equivalent experience in ecological discipline, and show commitment to engaging a range of communities in wildlife conservation and access improvements. You will need experience in delivering quality projects, and have good negotiation skills.
