Our Neighbourhoods Nurturing Nature project centres on the River Salwarpe to River Severn corridor, encompassing Droitwich Spa, Fernhill Heath, Worcester and Kempsey. This corridor features a variety of natural landscapes, such as rivers, canals, parks, grasslands and woodlands, all of which host crucial habitats and species. It is rich in opportunities to support and encourage local communities to take action for nature in their own neighbourhoods. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team delivering a range of community engagement activities, events and workshops to help connect more people with their local open spaces.
