Agricultural land represents 74% of land in Oxfordshire and farmland plays a key role for many species. Our AgroEcology Programme supports farmers and land managers working towards nature’s recovery by maintaining, restoring and creating vital habitats, and transitioning to more sustainable farming practices. You will be facilitating and developing new and existing landscape-scale partnerships; collaborating with stakeholders including farmers, landowners, charities, volunteer groups, communities, local government, businesses, and researchers to support landscape-scale nature recovery. You will also be working with landowners and land managers to deliver ‘on-the-ground’ action for nature, including ecological surveys, management plans and advice, and habitat creation.
