Farmers can now use Land App to assess hedgerow condition and satisfy new SFI scheme requirements, thanks to collaboration with People’s Trust for Endangered Species

PTES’ Healthy Hedgerows survey is now fully integrated with Land App and Land App Mobile, helping users to assess and record the condition of their hedgerows in just six easy steps, which satisfies the hedgerow assessment action (CHRW1) in the new SFI scheme

Users can also get free bespoke hedgerow management advice from PTES, making the task of creating a farm scale hedgerow management plan quick and simple

Adding Healthy Hedgerows onto Land App is part of a wider product upgrade. Land App Mobile now hosts multiple surveys and can be used offline, too

The Healthy Hedgerows survey requires access to Land App Mobile, only available to users on a Standard or Professional subscription. The original PTES Healthy Hedgerows survey remains freely available to all

Farmers and land managers across the UK can now use Land App to assess and record the condition of their hedgerows to satisfy the hedgerow assessment action (CHRW1) in the new SFI (Sustainable Farming Initiative) scheme, thanks to a new collaboration between wildlife conservation charity People’s Trust for Endangered Species (PTES) and cloud-based mapping platform Land App.
