Employer profiles are designed to introduce organisations and companies to applicants. They are an easy way to raise your profile.
What do we get:
Cost: £100 per calendar month, minimum term of 3 months. 10% discount for subsequent months. Additional logos at the usual rate, £20 for mono, £30 for colour, per month.
Add ons : (only available in addition to your profile) Job Profile: a profile of a specific job with your organisation. Cost £30 per month but only available in addition to your profile. Micro-site: all your adverts with CJS in one place to make it easier for applicants, in addition to the main CJS Daily Pages. Cost 15% of the cost of your advert on CJS Daily Online. Logo on the rolling banner on CJS Daily online (like buttons but different!), clickable link from your logo direct to your profile. Cost £25 per month.
Why don't you offer buttons? Well, we could but we think it would make the main daily page too cluttered.
What should we include? Well that's up to you but we think there are four main areas you should cover. 1. Where you are - location(s) of offices / headquarters and if appropriate where you carry out project and field work. 2. About your organisation - when and why it was established, your aims, mission statement or similar 3. What your organisation does - this can include links to Job profiles (see above) 4. Benefits for staff - this is always a good idea. Examples include training provision, pension and holiday allowances, do you offer free parking or child care facilities, do staff get free access to other sites?
