Access Officers, rangers and
land managers are often faced with outdoor access issues which involve
criminal behaviour and breaches of criminal law including theft, road
traffic violations, vandalism and wildlife crime. This workshop will
guide you through laws relevant to outdoor access in Scotland and help
you work more effectively with the police when criminal or antisocial
behaviour is being encountered.
