In each copy of CJS Weekly there is a small section for advertising short training courses and training events. These are slotted in as space allows and sometimes we have more courses that we have space to advertise. All of these courses are now listed below as an Excel spreadsheet.

Providers: If you wish to advertise a short training course we will be pleased to include brief details on this page, completely free of charge.  Click here to submit online.

If you would like to send us a list of any courses you're running during 2006 we will include them in our free Rolling Programme. We can embargo details until a specified date if that's required.

As well as the free option we are now offering a range of paid options. These we will be carried on this page below the spreadsheet link it will resemble CJS Daily Online in outline.

Click here to download the rates card. Word document or PDF

Participants: If you are interested in any of the courses detailed in the Excel spreadsheet list (below), please contact ONLY the person, centre, telephone number or email address listed in the spreadsheet. PLEASE NOTE: BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE MAJORITY OF COURSES, IF IN DOUBT BOOK.

Now containing confirmed dates for the Bat Conservation Trust 2007 training courses.

Have your say in what you want in a course, have a look at the discussion page where a contributor is asking you for your opinion.

Click on the Back button, (top left of your screen?) to return to this page.

Please note: Many of the event providers have their own website, with more details than are included here. Several of these are linked to the CJS site, you will find these addresses (and hyperlinks) on our Links page.

Fieldwork / Wildlife Surveys (online only)  Many conservation organisations appeal for volunteer surveyors to record and submit local sightings as part of a national wildlife survey. Taking part in a wildlife survey not only provides you with useful experience but also helps to extend our scientific knowledge of a species. Some surveys include training in survey techniques and some may even pay expenses. [click here]
