Advert payments

To pay for adverts using our webshop you need to contact CJS and request your payment reference.  This is to ensure you pay the correct amount for your advert and that your payment is credited to the correct account - we don't want to send you an invoice for an advert that's already been paid. Contact CJS

Any advert payment received without a payment reference will be refunded, less an administration charge of 10%.

VAT information

All advertisements attract VAT at the standard rates currently 17.5% (Mar 08)

 

  For CHARITIES    EU (NOT UK) ORGANISATIONS    OTHERS (outside the VAT system)

 

Charities

If you are paying on behalf of a charity and you do not pay VAT please check whether CJS has a copy of your exemption certificate, if we do the advert code we have supplied to you will start with a Z, if it starts with anything else please contact us before you pay.

 

EU (not UK) organisations

If you are within the EU VAT system if you supply your EU VAT number we will able to charge you the net rate. If we have your VAT number the advert code supplied by CJS will begin with a Z, if it starts with anything else please contact us before you pay.

 

Rest of the World

If you are based outside of the VAT system then you need not pay the VAT on adverts.  The advert code we have supplied to you will start with a Z, if it starts with anything else please contact us before you pay.

 

If you don't fall into one of these groups then you will have to pay the VAT; if eligible you may claim it back on your next return.
