Groundwork Yorkshire Ranger team manage three country parks on behalf of the Land Trust: Fryston Country Trails, Frickley Country Park and Rabbit Ings Country Park. The rangers are responsible for keeping the sites safe for visitors, maintaining and improving habitats for the local wildlife and running events for schools and communities.

Community Grants Manager - Trust for Oxfordshire's Environment

Hours of employment – Part time, three days (21 hours) per week, negotiable

Salary - £25,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)

Established in 2011, the Trust for Oxfordshire's Environment (TOE) is an independent environmental funder based in Oxfordshire. Since its inception, TOE has disbursed more than £3.4 million in grants to fund over 450 high-impact, locally led projects across Oxfordshire, supporting biodiversity, access to green spaces and public engagement with nature. TOE has been successful in raising funds from a range of sources including the Landfill Communities Fund, local authorities, charitable trusts and the corporate sector.

Coastal Visitor Engagement Rangers - Lulworth Estate

You will be working at one of the most popular locations along the World Heritage Jurassic Coast in Dorset, ensuring visitors to the site have a safe and enjoyable visit, and adhere to the countryside code. Working mainly outdoors, you will have a passion for conservation and people, good communication skills, be level-headed in various situations, have a love for the natural environment, a good level of physical fitness and ideally a good knowledge of the local area including flora, fauna, geology and history.
