Senior Forest Manager / Forest Manager - Scottish Woodlands
Due to our increasing activities and expanding work programme in North Scotland, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Forest Manger / Forest Manager, to join our progressive team to service both our existing client base and expanding business. The successful candidate will be based out of our Banchory office. The role will involve all include all aspects of woodland establishment, restructuring and management from planning through to harvesting, compliance with Health & Safety regulations and other legislation relevant to forestry operations, liaising directly with a range of clients and contractors, use of GIS mapping systems, preparing and managing budgets, processing grant scheme applications and planning forestry operations.
Woodland Management Officer - Forest of Avon Trust

Worcestershire Wildlife Trust is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic person to help deliver our Trees Call for Action Fund, Severn Treescapes: Wye to Wyre, connecting nature and people project. This is a well-established collaborative partnership with Gloucestershire and Herefordshire Wildlife Trusts and the successful applicant will help us to deliver a 60 mile corridor of enhanced tree cover to connect two of England’s largest semi-natural woodlands, from the Lower Wye Valley to the Wyre Forest.

Salary range: £32,076 - £34,834 per annum

Work location: You will have a based at Sutton Farm, Stanton Harcourt and you may be required to work from this location.
Proactive tree care, tree retention and canopy growth of our tree assets will enable delivery of key objectives to aid resilience and improve the environmental benefits for residents and visitors across the County. Your role comes with plenty of variety and is focused on caring for a varied and established tree stock, while identifying opportunities to increase canopy cover.
