Established in July 1994 as a jobs bulletin newsletter Countryside Jobs Service or CJS is the oldest such service for the countryside and conservation sectors. Our readership is comprised of countryside, conservation and environmental professionals at all levels. Our readers are across the UK. The website is open access and does sometimes attract international readers.
We recognise that the countryside and conservation sector is large and covers a wide range of different areas and interests. To introduce these many elements to our readers we produce a periodic publication called CJS Focus. This is primarily an information resource for our readers; aiming to introduce them to a new area or to highlight an area with which they may already be familar providing valuable information to all.
CJS Focus stays online long term as a reference source. Please see which areas are due for consideration in future editions, then follow the links to submit your advert or suggestions. As with most CJS there are both free and paid options
